Referral Process
- Complete the online referral form (approx. 10 minutes)
- We respond to all referrals within one working day. For urgent safeguarding cases, call us directly on 07563 022867.
- Initial assessment carried out within 5–10 working days
- Support plan agreed with client and referring professional
- Work begins on receipt of purchase order
- Written completion report provided on case closure (subject to coordination tier)
