A repair team working on a property renovation

Mini Clear for Repair

Small-area clearance so tradespeople can carry out repairs safely — serving housing associations and councils across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and London.

By popular demand

Clearing the way for essential repairs

Sometimes a full clearance isn't needed — just enough space for a tradesperson to work safely. Our Mini Clear for Repair service does exactly that: we clear the specific area required, so your contractor can get on with the job.

Developed in response to demand from housing associations and local authorities, this service bridges the gap between hoarding support and property maintenance.

Survey fee: A survey fee is charged prior to the visit. This can be paid by card or bank transfer. This is credited against any billable works.

What the service includes

Targeted clearance

We clear only the area needed for the repair — no unnecessary disruption to the rest of the property.

Compassionate approach

Our team works sensitively with occupants, many of whom may be vulnerable or have hoarding tendencies.

Coordination with contractors

We liaise directly with your repair team to ensure the space is ready when they arrive.

Flexible scheduling

We work around your contractor's schedule to minimise delays to essential maintenance.
