Specialist support for every situation — delivered with patience, no judgement, and genuine care.
Bespoke, specialist support — rare across the UK. We primarily work with councils, housing associations, NHS teams, fire & rescue services, insurance companies, and other statutory and voluntary organisations. We also offer a separate Private Client Service for individuals and families — arranged directly with our director.
We work at the client's pace. Progress is measured by safety and engagement, not speed. We do not offer same day emergency clearances.

Weekly therapeutic sessions with case coordination built in to every programme — choose part coordination (ideal where a social worker is heading the case) or full (preferred by housing associations and NHS teams needing statutory oversight).
